By accessing or using MyExperience, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on MyExperience. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

2. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscription & Payments

Certain features, such as the Company Representative Dashboard, require a subscription fee (e.g., R250/month).

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (PayFast).
Subscriptions are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change our fees at any time with prior notice.

4. Termination of Service

Notice: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach the Terms or our User Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The "MyExperience" name, logo, and platform code are the exclusive property of Banele Mlangeni and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our code or branding without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

MyExperience is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from server downtime or technical issues.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the **Republic of South Africa**, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
